Biography

I’m Samu Rios, Asturian DJ with current base in Gijón and street soul. I mix urban sounds with pure energy in the cabin, creating sets that are not only heard, they are lived. My music has led me to play in cities like Mexico, Malta or New York, but what moves me is always the same thing: connect with people, break the track and leave a mark every time I turn up the volume.

I’m not obsessed with being the most viral DJ, but I am the most real. I want those who listen to me live to take something more than a session: an experience, a memory. I strive to take care of every mixture, every transition, and to maintain the balance between what people want to hear and what I can make them discover. I’m inspired by new sounds, clubs with history and people who dance without thinking about tomorrow
