Booking & Refund Terms

1. Booking and Payment

Network Entry covers one track and is available once per Artist or Label. Network Boost and Network Push are booked per release.

Submissions are reviewed after successful payment and receipt of all required information and materials. Payment does not guarantee acceptance.

Promotional services begin after acceptance and in accordance with applicable statutory withdrawal rights. Where a consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal, services will not begin before the withdrawal period has expired unless the consumer has expressly requested an earlier start.

The Show Add-On is available exclusively for eligible Network Push releases that have been selected editorially by DJ-League.

2. Submissions and Rights

Clients must provide accurate information and have the rights necessary for DJ-League to use submitted audio, artwork, text and video in the booked services. DJ-League may request corrections or decline unsuitable or unlawful material.

3. Delivery and Results

DJ-League provides the services described in the selected package. The number or outcome of DJ ratings, downloads, radio airplay, chart positions, search rankings, audience reach and engagement are not guaranteed. Genre and geographic placements depend on factual relevance and available DJ-League structures. Reel and TikTok publication require suitable, legally usable client-supplied video.

4. The Show Add-On

Network Push provides eligibility for editorial consideration only. A Show placement is not included in the Push price. Only selected releases can book the separate Add-On. Independent radio stations decide whether to broadcast supplied shows.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

If DJ-League declines a paid submission before any booked promotional service has been delivered, the package price will be refunded in full. If DJ-League cannot provide an agreed service, we will offer an appropriate remedy or refund. No flat rejection fee applies. Statutory withdrawal and other consumer rights remain unaffected; compensation for services already provided may apply only where permitted by law.
