Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who enter into an eligible distance contract with DJ-League for paid music promotion services generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which the contract was concluded.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You may notify us by email, postal letter or through our online withdrawal function:
Our online withdrawal function is permanently accessible through the prominently displayed “Withdraw from Contract” link in the footer of our website.
When you use our online withdrawal function, we will promptly send an acknowledgment by email containing your submitted information and the date and time of receipt.
You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration.
We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you expressly requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services agreed under the contract, provided the statutory requirements for compensation are met.
Early Performance and Expiry of Withdrawal Rights
For paid promotional services, your statutory right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the agreed services, provided that, before the services begin:
- You expressly agree that DJ-League may begin providing the services before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
- You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will expire once the agreed services have been fully performed.
The commencement of services alone does not terminate your right of withdrawal.
Payment alone does not constitute a waiver of your statutory withdrawal rights.

Additional Information
The statutory right of withdrawal described above applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of applicable German law.
Business customers generally do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Any additional contractual cancellation and refund arrangements are governed by DJ-League’s Booking & Refund Terms. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
