DJ Romie Rome has been playing Urban Music and Deejaying for more than 20 years. From Wichita Falls, Texas, he was brought up on Urban Music and grew up with Hip Hop since it began. Along with his brother, he had made a name as a deejay in the area, until he joined the U.S. Army in 1988. His skills began to flourish while serving in the Armed Forces,as he deejayed numerous military functions, military clubs and when deployed to other countries. During this time, he began to have an appreciation for other music, such as Reggae/Dancehall and House. Upon the end of his military career, while in Germany, he began looking to deejaying as a career, because of his love for the music and entertaining people. He is still currently a force in Germany’s music scene in all genres of music.
