1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this News Distribution service contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by a letter sent by post or an email.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Electronic Withdrawal Function

You can also exercise your statutory right of withdrawal through our online withdrawal function:

This function is available for both DJ-League Track Promotion and News Distribution services.

No customer account or login is required.

After submitting your withdrawal declaration through the online function, you will receive an electronic acknowledgment confirming receipt of your declaration, including the submitted information and the date and time of receipt.

The acknowledgment of receipt does not, by itself, determine whether the withdrawal is legally effective.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the performance of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services provided until the time you informed us of your decision to withdraw, compared with the full coverage of the contract, provided that the applicable statutory requirements for such payment are met.

4. Early Commencement and Expiry of the Withdrawal Right

You may expressly request that DJ-League begin providing the News Distribution service before the statutory withdrawal period expires.

This request is voluntary and is made through a separate, non-preselected declaration during booking.

For paid service contracts, the withdrawal right expires once DJ-League has fully performed the agreed service, provided that you previously:

Expressly consented to the commencement of services before expiry of the withdrawal period.
Acknowledged that your withdrawal right will be lost once the agreed service has been fully performed.

The agreed News Distribution service is fully performed once both the dedicated news article has been published and the included social media distribution has been completed.

The withdrawal right does not expire merely because editorial work has begun or because the article has been published while other agreed services remain outstanding.

If you do not request early commencement, DJ-League will not begin providing the service before the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
