Originally hailing from Chicago, Illinois and now based in Richmond, Virginia, DJ Doc Holliday’s journey into music began at an early age. Growing up in a household filled with music, he was inspired watching family members prep for parties and spin records. By the age of 14, he hosted his first party at the local YMCA — and never looked back. Rooted in house music, Doc’s style evolved over the years, and by the late 2000s, he shifted focus to mixtapes, collaborating with artists like Yung Joc, Solomon Childs, Jaz-O, and TroyMan. His ability to blend genres and energy made him a go-to for street-certified projects.
